Who We Are

Our Story

We're a husband and wife who fell in love with the outdoors long before we fell in love with each other.

These days, we do both at the same time — loading up the truck, pitching our tent at markets and festivals across the region, and sharing the things we've made and found along the way. Our booth is our home away from home, and every person who stops to browse becomes part of the story.

The Tree of Life has always meant something to us. It's in the art we create, the tapestry that hangs in our booth, and the way we think about the world — roots deep, branches wide, always growing. You'll find it woven through everything we do.

We started Quiet Water Creations & Curiosities because we wanted to share the beauty we find on the trail. Not just the things we make with our hands, but the interesting objects and oddities that catch our eye — the fossil that looks like a tiny world, the antique tool whose story we'll never fully know, the piece of driftwood that was already art before we touched it.

Every basket, carving, and curiosity in our booth has a story. We'd love to tell you about it — whether that's in person at a market, or through this little corner of the internet we call home between events.

Thanks for being here. It means more than you know.
